Algorithmic face enhancement

There are some point-and-shoot cameras that have a ‘slimming’ option which subtly squeezes any human shapes horizontally to make subjects appear a few pounds lighter. How fucking crazy is it going to be when this facial recognition/warping stuff becomes readily available?
